For Clients who are considering any type of addition or alteration to a property we are able to provide an architectural service. This service includes the preparation and submission of construction drawings required by local authorities for Building Regulation Approval. We offer a fast track service for obtaining all the necessary approvals prior to the commencement of works. We will deal with all the paperwork and liaise with all the statutory authorities on behalf of our clients, easing the stress that this can cause.

- Free Initial consultation to discuss your requirements
- Free estimates for our services and advice on any requirements of statutory authorities
- We will make a full and accurate measured survey of the property including ’existing construction methods‘ and any limitations which these may have on the proposals
- We can advise on building regulations and how these impact on any proposals
- We will prepare detailed construction drawings for the proposed scheme, and submit these to the Local Building Control Department for approval under Building Regulations
- We will act as an agent between the client and local authority, for all building regulations applications – through to approval
- We will conduct all structural design calculations and provide all structural detailing pertaining to the proposed project
- If required, we will provide detailed specifications for the proposed works (in addition to detailed construction drawings)
